Skywave is played in the real world. You are responsible for where your feet take you: stay aware of your surroundings, never play while driving, respect private property, and obey local law. No cache ever requires trespassing — if a bearing seems to point somewhere you shouldn't go, it doesn't; keep walking the public way. You play at your own risk.
Cache names and notes you write are visible to other players. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, or harassing, and don't use the game to reveal anyone's personal information. We can remove content and suspend players to keep the game safe.
No location spoofing, automation, or exploiting bugs. It's a small game built for the joy of the hunt — please don't be the reason it needs more rules.
Skywave is a beta run by a one-person studio. It's provided as-is, without warranties; it may change, break, or go dark for maintenance. Virtual items have no monetary value. We may end or reset the service (we'll try to warn you first).
